∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the prime contact on environment, health and safety issues for the group.
∎ Prepare and review Environment, Health & Safety policies, programs and procedures.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of an organizations compliance with occupational and environmental laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure the company always meets its legislative and contractual obligations, codes with local and international bodies.
∎ Provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and coaching to sites to evaluate, identify, and reduce the risk of loss through the application of health, safety, and environmental principles and knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations.
∎ Drive prevention and risk reduction programs to improve safety and health programs.
∎ Design and drive green programs for the company to ensure green operation.
∎ Work closely with management to cultivate safety culture.
∎ Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the company.
∎ Monitor compliance to policies and laws by designing, scheduling and performing audit program.
∎ Regularly update management on environment, health and safety issues and progress.
