∎ 1.At least 3 years of Huawei CS/IMS network experience in international large-scale projects.
∎ 2.Proficient in Huawei MSC、MGW、IMS、HLR/VLR product systems.
∎ 3.Proficient in CS KPI knowledge.
∎ 4.High sense of responsibility, track and follow assigned issue until its solved.
∎ 5.Strong communication skills, team player
∎ 6.Loyal to the position and company;
∎ 7.Have strong awareness of information security and protection.
∎ Priority Qualification:
∎ 1.Familiar with CS network performance analysis and improvement.
∎ 2.Technical report and presentation capability
∎ 3.Rich experience in team management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Lead and manage the local CS team to complete the maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
∎ 2.Responsible for CS network KPI performance issue troubleshooting、analysis and improvement.
∎ 3.Responsible for customer report and presentation, responsible for the customer satisfaction.
∎ 4.Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network issue, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
∎ 5.Responsible for the acceptance KPI achievement/ reports delivery under MS project scope.
∎ 6.Responsible for team training.
