Experience:
Conduct customer follow-up calls, gather feedback, and support issue resolution
Must be fluent in both Bengali, with clear communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client base
Processing customer requirements accurately and on time
Liaising with internal customers and ensuring business objectives are met
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
Promoting the Company Services and establishing the brand image
Provide detailed information for all kinds of services/policies/offers provided by the company
Understand customer requirements and suggest as per the requirements
Maintaining high standards in servicing customers
Providing reports as per Management requirements
Other responsibilities as per the requirement
Salary Monthly BDT 10000+KPI Incentive BDT 5000.
