Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline. Finance & Accounting background will be given priority.
∎ Training on Credit Management/ Recovery Management is required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electric wire, Electronics, Home appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will check credit life cycle (Documentation of Hire Purchase) properly.
∎ Check showroom managers are using instrument against bad or irregular hirer properly or not for smooth collection, instruments are promise to pay, very urgent notice, and final notice to the Hirer.
∎ He will go to hirers address to check customer address, product & all related documents physically.
∎ Check bad account & try to help Showroom managers for installment collection.
∎ He ensures hire purchase account balance reconcile between shop record & Head office record.
∎ He will count physical stock of showroom when needed.
∎ He will train and motivate all showroom manager to follow the hire purchase policy properly.
∎ He will visit all sub dealer points on a regular schedule dues.
∎ He will count sub dealer physical stock (Jamuna) and reconcile with Balance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Ensure plaza wise monthly hires sales target .
∎ Experience on Electronic Equipment/Home Appliance/ Electric wire/Cable fields will be added knowledge.
