∎ Masters in any discipline from leading University with no third division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Related to Home Loan:
∎ Identification of Required Security and Charge Documents as per Security Arrangement and Terms and Conditions mentioned in Credit Approvals
∎ Preparation of Sanction Letters
∎ Preparation of Security and Charge documents
∎ Obtaining legal opinion through Panel Lawyer, Legal Division
∎ Obtaining Valuation Report through enlisted surveyors
∎ Checking of Property Documents (Land Related)
∎ Completion of Mortgage Formalities through Panel Lawyer and Business Unit
∎ Ensuring all Securities and Security Documentation and Compliance as per Approval Terms (i.e. Security/Charge Documentation, Property Documentation etc.)
∎ Related to Custodianship:
∎ Safekeeping of Complete Security File in the vault complying with proper SOP
∎ Management of Stamps (Safekeeping & Reconciliation)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 (Five) years' working experience in leading commercial bank/NBFI in credit administration function.
∎ Hands on experience in handling home loan documentation function is a must.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
Salary:
∎ Job Grade & Salary will be in commensurate with Experience and Profile of the candidate.
