Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop different models to identify probable risks like fraud detection, statistical scoring models, and analytical frameworks to analyze customer risks, churn prediction & develop clear risk segmentation strategies.
∎ Analyze customer behavior and identify any unusual activity to prevent possible fraudulent movement and bad debt.
∎ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, make recommendations for improvements and build statistical scoring models frameworks by using customer portfolios to manage company risks.
∎ Monitor key performance matrix and use results to help the team increase efficiency and identify opportunities for credit performance improvement across the postpaid market
∎ Design and create data tools at database software using SQL to prepare reports.
∎ Develop and maintain credit reports or dashboards that will support regular operations and KPIs.
∎ Manage customer credit lines with right-sizing in mind and enhance credit risk management processes to achieve both company and consumer protection
∎ Recognize feasible credit opportunities like credit scoring by ensuring study from different organizations.
∎ Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to concerned stakeholders
∎ Recommend actions by interpreting data, making comparative analyses, and presenting to relevant business stakeholders.
∎ Utilize statistical segmentation techniques to identify new opportunities

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years' experience in relevant telecom or financial industry, preferably with 2 years' data analysis experience in a proven environment
∎ Knowledge of business analysis techniques
∎ Essential knowledge of MS office
∎ Extensive knowledge of using SQL commands and extracting required information from databases
∎ Operating knowledge of any database is preferable
