∎ Job Experience Required- 4-5 years’ data analysis experience in a proven environment Required Capabilities-
∎ Knowledge of business analysis techniques -
∎ Essential knowledge of MS office -
∎ Extensive knowledge of using recent data technology like SQL, Python, Tableau and Microstrategy. -
∎ Operating knowledge of any database is also preferable
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform data mining, which involves large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships with historical records or new information that been processed for real-time analytics from multiple data sources.
∎ Use data to identify key insights of customers and identify methods to be applied to solve problems.
∎ Enable credit team to respond quickly to any credit related risks and appropriate business decisions in time.
∎ Predictive analytics, which seeks to forecast customer behavior and take practical business decisions.
∎ Communicate findings to commercial leadership and other stakeholders. -
∎ Projection for postpaid bill collection, probable debt for the upcoming months, up to a year. -
∎ Train team to improve efficiency by enabling them to analyze with real time data for faster escalations. -
∎ Plan, design & develop various credit risk management models for postpaid customer base. -
∎ Develop collection and debt risk triggers and mitigate issue in timely manner. -
∎ Review and keep risk elimination policies and procedures up to date under compliant structure associated with business relevancy. -
∎ Establish and quantify the level of risk company is prepared to accept. -
∎ Build and maintain credit & collection monitoring module in server-side development environment. -
∎ Integrate consolidated data, generated from the server environment for different stakeholders. -
∎ Develop and manage credit dashboard with easy-to-understand visualization format. -
∎ Use statistical models and technical solutions to identify credit opportunities. -
∎ Reduce operation turnaround time of back-office processes with automation to increase efficiency. -
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues which create data discrepancy with, BA, BI, DWH and IT. -
∎ Safeguarding maintenance of legacy data to ensure on demand credit assessment and resolve customer dispute.
