Additional Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline preferably in business background from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division
∎ At least 04 years banking experience with minimum 02 years’ experience in Corporate/ SME/ Retail Credit as analyst
∎ Strong knowledge in the management of core risks, credit risk analysis and administrations complying with credit policy guidelines of the Bank
∎ Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets in particular ICRRS
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analysing and evaluating loan proposals as per bank’s lending guidelines, internal policies & procedures and all regulatory authorities ensuring essential documents maintaining due diligence
∎ To process credit proposals and prepare credit proposal/ memo for approval of the competent authority by ensuring proper scrutiny & analysis of proposals received from branch/ business divisions
∎ Evaluating credit worthiness of prospective clients and projects
∎ Assess risks inherent in credit proposals sent by branch/ business division and approve or reject loan requests
∎ Preparation and analysis of financial statements of different businesses in diverse industries
∎ Reviewing of loan documents and ensuring sufficient security proposition and accurate documentation against the credit granted
∎ Ensuring CIB and relevant legal and statutory compliance
∎ Prospective client visits and risk assessment of prospective customers
∎ Preparation and review of credit appraisal reports and approval of loan facilities
∎ Preparation of credit proposals and recommend appropriate debt-structure for approval
∎ Preparation and timely submission of all kinds of related statement to the concerned authorities
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
