Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continue to accelerate the growth journey in Bangladesh through a sharp and consistent focus on building core brand PI ZARA through integrated and aligned act with proper distribution system. Manage and accelerate franchisee business to ensure it achieve its business objectives and capture all opportunities for sustainable profitable growth to protect and enhance the PI ZARA brand image reparation of the company and the business.
∎ Lead, the business grow to deliver revenue share and profit through the in-depth understanding of consumer and customer and competition to develop an implement of marketing strategies and marketing plans for the brand. Both long-term and short-term ensure the strategies and plan are aligned with the distributor and support within franchisee.
