Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Cost Accounting
∎ CA (CC)/CMA/ACCA partly or fully qualified will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost Accounting, The applicant should have experience in Garments.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Responsible directly along with factory/plant/functional heads for achievement of planned/budgeted costs and usage of production/manufacturing resources - man, machine, materials, utilities & overhead at factory/plant level
∎ - To establish plans, budgets, results of activities allocating resources and practicing ABC costing, production process costing, job costing and target costs management
∎ - To review, monitor progress and make mid-course corrections for the optimisation of resources and achieving target costs
∎ - To coordinate efforts with factory/plant/functional management team as a key team member for achievement of cost saving goals
∎ - To compute & report costs per minute (CPM), production line costs and production floor & process costs and prepare variance reports comparing with planned/budgeted costs with reasons & initiatives to minimise variance
∎ - To maintain quality services and professional knowledge by attending trainings benchmarking state-of-the-art technologies in work place
∎ - To accomplish the assignment, works, jobs or projects assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
