Additional Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle billing system integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Practical knowledge or exposure to Huawei TDM and Cataleya IP interconnection systems is preferable.
Good understanding of telecom billing processes, call detail record (CDR) formats, and reconciliation.Familiarity with telecom signaling protocols (ISDN, SS7, SIP) is a plus.
Experience in analyzing and resolving complex billing and network issues.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and network monitoring tools.Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and availability for on-call support.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead integration and support of the Oracle billing system with interconnection exchange platforms.
Work on Huawei TDM and Cataleya IP ICX systems for voice traffic routing, signaling, and troubleshooting. (Experience with these systems is preferred, but Oracle billing expertise is critical.)
Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies related to call data records (CDRs) and usage reporting.
Collaborate closely with the network and operations teams to maintain seamless interconnect functionality.
Perform fault management, incident resolution, and optimize network and billing performance.
Assist in software updates, system configuration, and testing for ICX and billing platforms.
Prepare accurate reports on billing, traffic statistics, and network incidents.
Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for issue resolution and system upgrades.
Provide on-call support for critical billing and ICX issues.
