• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle billing system integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.

• Practical knowledge or exposure to Huawei TDM and Cataleya IP interconnection systems is preferable.

• Good understanding of telecom billing processes, call detail record (CDR) formats, and reconciliation.Familiarity with telecom signaling protocols (ISDN, SS7, SIP) is a plus.

• Experience in analyzing and resolving complex billing and network issues.

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and network monitoring tools.Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and availability for on-call support.

• Lead integration and support of the Oracle billing system with interconnection exchange platforms.

• Work on Huawei TDM and Cataleya IP ICX systems for voice traffic routing, signaling, and troubleshooting. (Experience with these systems is preferred, but Oracle billing expertise is critical.)

• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies related to call data records (CDRs) and usage reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the network and operations teams to maintain seamless interconnect functionality.

• Perform fault management, incident resolution, and optimize network and billing performance.

• Assist in software updates, system configuration, and testing for ICX and billing platforms.

• Prepare accurate reports on billing, traffic statistics, and network incidents.

• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for issue resolution and system upgrades.

• Provide on-call support for critical billing and ICX issues.
