∎ Bachelors in Computer Science/engineering/Telecommunication
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Allocate resources & plan for scheduled maintenances
∎ Guide the team to ensure proactive actions, meeting systems KPIs and SLAs set with end users
∎ Assist in formulating strategies for ensuring business continuity and quality assurance measures for voice systems
∎ Lead systems audit with vendors & implement audit recommendation
∎ Study & analyze business requirements and identify the business critical features and propose new solution/products
∎ Assist to select solutions to maintain high performance levels
∎ Analyze future and upcoming business requirements and prepare CC Systems budget
∎ Analyze new report requirement, enhance existing GUI and dump CC reports
∎ Provide effective leadership to direct reports; Establish and delegate responsibilities among team members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Computer Science/engineering/Telecommunication
∎ 5-6 years relevant experience
∎ Required Capabilities- Advance on TDM (Time Division Multiplexing), IP Telephony, SIP (Session initiation protocol)& Convergence
∎ Advance knowledge in Voice Systems/Contact Center (CC) Systems Management
∎ Basic knowledge UC/IPT/E-faxing Systems Management
∎ Advance knowledge in CC & UC systems Solution Design
∎ Advance knowledge on backend application integration
∎ In depth knowledge in Linux/Windows OS/Networks/SQL knowledgebase
∎ Preferred Industry/Company- Telco, MFS, BPO
