Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc engineering in Computer Science/Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise frequently to ensure business support for new software development requirement, analyze solution document, monitor performance, ensure contracted delivery and approve solution designs within a specific timeline and as per business need.
∎ Continuously communicate to comprehend application requirements of all user divisions especially with the functionalities of Retailer apps, POS, DMS & Biometric. Manage & prioritize demands of new requirements.
∎ Understand internal operational challenges and develop internal areas of improvement; Participate in continuous analysis and exploration in finding optimization and business development opportunities and initiatives.
∎ Ensure operational deliverables of Retailer apps, POS, DMS & Biometric systems as per SLA & KPI.
∎ Negotiate with business stakeholders in managing demands & prioritize requirements; Identify & approve requirements to map into software projects.
∎ Approve & finalize requirements of software components; Involve vendors in developing software components.
∎ Ensure professional liaison with existing and listed vendors; Explore potential options with different existing vendors to identify the best possible solutions for the business
∎ Maintain agreements with vendors and ensure on time support services as per SLA.
∎ Study and evaluate emerging technology solutions and analyze how to enhance current product and service portfolio for all services as well as how to introduce new service and platform through studying new features, architectural and capacity enhancement and platform modernization in terms of hardware and software.
∎ Inform issue, deviation and anomaly in the outcome of the Service as per reporting hierarchy; Escalate issues as per SLA & escalation matrix; Report internal management & KPI reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years of experience out of which 3-4 years in relevant field
∎ In-depth understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle, IT Security Policy
∎ Profound experience with .NET, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, MYSQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, C++/C#, JavaScript, AJAX & Web Services software technologies & tools, Android tools, Jira.
∎ Comprehensive expertise in Software Project Management;
∎ Experience in managing vendors & outsourced manpower
∎ In-depth understanding of Technologies related with Sales & Distribution process
∎ In-depth knowledge on IT Application & GSM Architecture;
∎ Knowledge on UNIX, Cloud, Web server (IIS, Apache etc.)
∎ Preferred Industry/Company
∎ Software Industry / Telecommunication / Any
∎ What is expected of this position
∎ Retailer apps, development, maintenance as per BL policy
∎ Introduce retailer credit management from vendor solution
∎ Introduce Agent partner incentive from vendor solution
