Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the Inspection Schedule.
∎ Checking the booking thoroughly and finalizing the inspection schedule.
∎ Confirming the inspection schedule with the customer.
∎ Ensuring that the final report generation is as per the customer requirement/ specification accordingly.
∎ Ensuring all requirements of the inspection are fulfilled as well as the inspection report.
∎ Follow up with the vendor/supplier as well as the assigned inspector to complete the inspection promptly
∎ Registering the complaints received and recording the corrective and preventive action.
∎ Answering customer inquiries on inspection, status, standards, procedures, results, and charges.
∎ Coordinate with Sales & Business Development team in job status, acknowledgment, price & customer invoice areas.
∎ Maintaining all communications received from the buyers in order.
∎ Attending customer meetings when required.
∎ Ensuring all weekly/monthly/yearly summary reports are prepared on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
∎ Must have computed knowledge.
∎ Fluent in English both verbal and email writing.
∎ Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PPT.
∎ Customer Management.
∎ Skilled in interpersonal relationship.
