Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of Administrative rules and policies.
∎ Good ability to manage and work independently and effectively.
∎ Support staff deal with different type of professionals.
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments.
∎ Organize, update and preserve papers and files.
∎ Maintain, coordinate and keep regular liaison with different companies, personals and attend their emails and phone calls.
∎ Scheduling and reminding on regular basis.
∎ Other work as may be assigned by the department Head and management.
∎ Ensure proper coordination in external affairs through proper channel.
∎ Work closely and report to DMD or MD of the factory.
∎ Handle administrative matters in a limited scale.
