Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and follow up all inspection jobs with overseas and local production facilities/ buying houses/ buyers/ other Intertek offices.
∎ Maintain inspection request/ schedule based on clients, suppliers and overseas Intertek office's requirement and updated as demand.
∎ Monitor required job file for inspectors completely ready with all relevant documents/ information as required time before performing the inspection.
∎ Interfacing and answering any query raised by customers, local authorities, overseas colleagues and management.
∎ Monitor inspection sample kept in the best manner according to Operational manual.
∎ Follow up and monitor of uploading the report for required client as a regular basis.
∎ Sending final report to clients keeping right person in copy and follow-up keeping proper record of inspection report in server.
∎ Monitor the I/C preparation as per the supplier request and keeping record accordingly.
∎ Reply immediately on any queries from customer/supplier/ overseas colleagues which is related with technical or quality issue and convey in proper channel for executions.
∎ Involve with team to reduce Error and complaints by ensuring process meets the existing Operations.
∎ Ensure business relationship with customer and suppliers providing proper support, meeting with them periodically. Understand their needs and arrange to serve accordingly.
∎ Monitor and follow up the preparation of any record, status, summary, KPI for Clients and overseas office whenever needed.
∎ Resolve quality issues/problems through effective communication with customers.
∎ Marketing the inspection services locally when appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
∎ Must have computed knowledge.
∎ Fluent in English both verbal and email writing.
∎ Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PPT.
∎ Customer Management.
∎ Skilled in interpersonal relationship.
