Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and organize ZXY in-house showrooms
∎ Create appealing and eye-catching visual display of products/design samples
∎ Liaise with teams such as business units, design and marketing to create design themes and plans
∎ Handle all incoming and outgoing samples and maintain records
∎ Maintain the system with all style codes, pictures & information etc.
∎ Maintain customer meeting calendar, appointments and fix meetings & schedules
∎ Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
∎ Maintain regular sample supplies to showroom and follow up with Designers, Merchandisers and Product Developers
∎ Maintain the system with all style codes, pictures & information etc.
∎ Organize refreshments, lunches etc. for buyer meetings
∎ Understand the new fashion trends as well as trends related with fabrics, colors and shapes
∎ Ensure logistics support for the showrooms
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having corporate experience in Apparel industry, Fashion brands, Hospitality and Media industry will be an added advantage
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply

∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Be creative, imaginative and energetic
∎ Knowledge about trends of fashion, fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team

∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
