Experience:
Female candidates will be preferred.
Masters in any discipline (minimum second class all through) with a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource management. MBA, major in HRM, will be preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, in any national/ international NGO or multinational organization. Experienced to work with any MFI will be preferred.
Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel extensively within the RDRS operational area and beyond.

Job Responsibilities
Will be responsible for administering all types of Human Resources functions especially performance management, conflict resolution, employee satisfaction etc.
Will be responsible for effectively directing the subordinate staff of the HRM unit, overseeing the personnel recording system, administering the HRM office`s budget, and preparing appropriate statistical reports.
Will advise senior administrative staff and all others regarding HR rules and procedures, as and when required.
Will be responsible for the management of the Human Resources Management functions of the organization and the smooth and efficient running of the HRM unit.
Will undertake post classifications, supervise recruitments following the established guidelines and procedures, and administer/ interpret the provisions of the HR Manual of the organization.
Will be responsible for organizing and conducting orientation programs for the newly recruited staff of the organization, on a regular basis.
Will maintain close liaison with the concerned Senior Management and the supervisors regarding staff actions.
Will undertake periodical tours of all field sites for better coordination of the overall Human Resources functions,
Will be responsible for implementing the organization`s Gender Policy/ Safeguarding policy to all intents and purposes.
Will be responsible for maintaining close linkages with comparable organizations to ensure both progressive and fare Human Resources Management practices.
Will be responsible for leading the staff of the Human Resources unit by setting examples of standards and practices within the framework of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the staff, as established by the organization.
Will be responsible for performing any other task(s), as assigned from time to time.
Each festival bonus is equivalent to one month basic salary.
