• Field experience in NGOs or other similar organizations .

• Experience in dealing with credit programs and recovery .

• Experience in Fisheries extension projects and training (preferred) .

• Experience in group formation and farmer selection .

•  Experience in Government FTI (Fisheries training and extension experience) project .

• Experience in Fisheries Extension projects and training (preferred).

• Experience in Government FTI (Fisheries training and extension experience) project .

• Designed to support the sustainable development and management of fisheries by providing education, resources, and technical assistance to fishers, aquaculture farmers, and other stakeholders.

• Enhance the technical expertise of local communities in fisheries management and aquaculture practices.       

• Develop tailored credit products (e.g., short-term loans, microcredit) suitable for various purposes such as equipment purchase, operational expenses, or technology adoption.

• Organizing effective and cohesive groups of fishers or farmers for extension programs, training, and credit initiatives.      

• Extensively work on government FTI (Fisheries training and extension experience) project.    

• Conduct hands-on workshops and seminars led by experts to provide practical learning experiences.        

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in NGOs, INGOs, and government agencies.
