Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
∎ Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
∎ Research and organize facts and sources.
∎ Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
∎ Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
∎ Design image using Photoshop and illustrator based on content.
∎ Conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
∎ Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and strategies.
∎ Build a following for brand on social media with creative work.
∎ Research markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
∎ Write a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent grasp of Bengali and English language.
∎ Must have ability to write content in Bengali and English language.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
∎ Proficient computer skills, including Photoshop, illustrator, MS Office package.
∎ Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
∎ Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas.
∎ Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals.
∎ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Self-motivated and self-directed.
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO.
