Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard
∎ Ensure first contact resolution in every possible cases
∎ Effectively follow up and escalate the queries and complaints where necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in call/ contact center environment is preferable, freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & office packages
∎ Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
