Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard.
∎ Ensuring first contact resolution in every possible cases.
∎ Effectively following up and escalating the queries and complaints where necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum six (06) months of experience in similar position will add value.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages.
∎ Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
