∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for prospective new Retail Banking Clients i.e. House Building Loan, Auto and Personal Loan client for the Bank along with sending or submitting proposals to Division for approval.
∎ Assist in ensuring growth on retail business volume of the bank and managing overall business to ensure profitability.
∎ Assist in analyzing retail banking portfolio of the branch.
∎ Keep records of business acquired and helping in fixing up strategic plan (if required).
∎ Assist in driving the retail banking business in a way to create a market leadership position.
∎ Assist in ensuring co-ordination between business team and assessment unit.
∎ Assist in analyzing the decline proposals to get the directives of new initiatives on a monthly basis.
∎ Prepare a daily, monthly retail business report for the management and to assist them to fix strategic plan.
∎ Act as a focal point or liaison between bank and retail banking clients of the branch for smooth monitoring and supervision of the business.
∎ Any other work as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 3 to 5 Years' experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Relevant computer skills - MS Word and Excel knowledge.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
∎ Must be dedicated and career focused.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
∎ Monitoring and supervising overall retail banking activities of assigned MMBL Branches.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Comprehensive knowledge about Retail Banking products and services.
∎ Maintaining knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role.
