Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Accounting / Finance from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze business requirements (e.g functional & technical requirements, information need, business process) by conducting information- gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and being able to document accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business.
∎ Recommend appropriate SAP business process to meet client requirements effectively.
∎ Configure SAP S/4 HANA FICO solutions (Company code, charts of accounts GL, FI documents type, fiscal year & variant configuration, FSCM, accounts payable, receivable, profit center, cost center, asset configuration.
∎ Design and develop test plans (e.g test objectives, test case, test data, test scripts) for executing unit integration, systems or acceptance testing in order to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.
∎ Accounts Department Role:
∎ A. Supervise Head office, branch & showroom Accounts Team
∎ B. Support CO module (cost run, material cost, plan cost, activity cost, production cost etc.)
∎ C. General Ledger (GL) and Cost Center (CC) master data management
∎ D. Perform month & year-end activities in SAP system.
∎ E. Training & development - FICO module.
∎ F. Develop and Prepare MIS reports.
∎ G. Purchase price valuation (PPV) analysis
∎ H. Supply Chain Management (SCM) reporting
∎ I. Month-end closing processes
∎ J. Quarterly reporting
∎ K. Audits
∎ L. Support of Liaison
∎ M. Participation in annual budget preparation
∎ N. Understanding FICO modules to the extent that you are able to suggest process improvements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.
∎ Experience in a manufacturing industry is an asset
∎ Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM
∎ Completed C.A will get preference
∎ Understanding of accounting business processes
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
∎ Ability to understand business processes from end user perspective
∎ Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
