Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Fashion Design
∎ Post graduate on Fashion Design or related subject with at least 3 years practical experience in designing handicrafts.
∎ Skills Required: Fashion House

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Handicraft

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Consultant will ensure the following deliverable within the deadline:
∎ Assess current art and craft-based interventions and staff knowledge and skills working in Women Friendly Spaces/Social Mobilization work and WLCC and in community level
∎
∎ Develop the design of art and craft-based interventions in consultation with Community considering the age and sex of the participants and in a culturally sensitive way
∎
∎ Implement different design of mask, handicraft materials and Jewelry making in 23 centers.
∎
∎ Search talented and creative women and girls from each WFS and WLCC at end of December, 2020.
∎
∎ Develop the mental health of women and girls through mask making, art and craft-based activities.
∎
∎ Provide training and capacity to equip community volunteers, Caseworkers, Case managers and Social Mobilizers to deliver specialized mask, Art and craft-based interventions that address common psychological reactions to trauma and abuse.
∎
∎ The art and craft-based consultant is responsible for providing materials list and guideline for logistical preparation.
∎
∎ Design and develop some convenient material which is related with art and craft.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in GBV/MHPSS in either a developmental or humanitarian context.
∎ Knowledge of the situation of Rohingya women and girls in the camps in Cox's Bazar is an asset.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of Mukti Cox's Bazar and UNFPA humanitarian/development programming and operations, including both human-rights based and survivor-centered approaches
∎ Ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners, strong communication, networking and excellent organizational skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 115000 - 118650 (Monthly)
∎ Gross monthly salary 115000-118650 BDT inclusive all.
