Experience:

• BSc/MSc (Environmental Science & Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering) from any reputed University.

• Having practical experience on installation or modification of different kinds of chemical, biological & bio-chemical ETP.

• Having sound knowledge on all kinds of treatment procedures including modern technology ( MBBR, MBR, Activated sludge process, Trickling filter system etc.)

• Depth Knowledge on all type of ETP’s Treatment Process, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical calculation.

• Having practical experience on all electro-mechanical items of ETP, its price, sourcing, fabrication & assembling.

• Experience on recycling of process water, zero discharge plan & its implementation.

• Well-informed about chemical dosing, Chemicals usage & Chemical recipe,

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Consultant (Environment & ETP) for Bashundhara Paper Mills, Sector- C.

Environment-

• Inspection of different kinds of ETP especially for paper mills & provide solutions whether need any modification.

• Provide ETP Process layout, sectional & detailed design, and detail structural, Plumbing & working drawings.

• Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring, and testing required to maintain compliance with Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process, and stormwater and sludge management.

• Regular visit the ETP, Maintain the jar test, identify the problems & find out the best solution.

• Provide report to the higher authority for any decision making.

• Lead the modification of ETP, chemical to biochemical using any modern technology like MBBR, MBR, activated sludge process, Trickling filter system etc. according to the cost-benefit analysis.

• Automation or installation of electrical, mechanical items that are required.

• Lead the civil construction needs for the ETP modification.

• Provide ETP Manual & training to the respective person for operating of ETP.

• Lead the modification of ETP to meet with the zero-discharge plan for water reuse purposes.

• Make sure the discharged /outlet water meets ECR-2024 standard.      

• Identify the effective chemical dosing solution and recipe needed for ETP.

• Training the ETP operator about sample collection, water testing procedure, laboratory equipment etc.
