• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

May require travel to different project sites.

Must be comfortable working in outdoor and construction environments.

Should have a clear idea about the project Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing design to understand, estimate, instruct, implement and commissioning including maintenance as per design specification.

Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes as per design specifications.

Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines as per design specifications.

Communicate with project Engineer, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved as per design specifications.

Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project authority as per design specifications.

Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports as per design specifications.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction by the instructions of Site engineer and project director (Project authority) when necessary, as per design specifications.

Ensure that construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards as per design specifications.

Train and mentor, all the junior staff members and provide performance feedback as needed by the project authority.

Collaborate with project authority to develop and implement project plans and budgets as per design specifications.

Should work on the instructions of Site engineer and project director (Project final or top authority).

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, Ability to communicate and report effectively, Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards, Ability to read and interpret Design and Drawings, Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments, Proficient in using computer engineering and construction software for project management and reporting, Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others, Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, Excellent analog and digital communications and leadership skills are essential for this role.
