Responsibilities & Context:
To work closely under the instruction of the Site Supervisor, Site Engineer, Foreman (Construction) and the Project Director along with project construction team.
To ensure engineering, construction and maintenance tasks as per design (Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) specification promptly, ensuring appropriate action and minimizing project work disruption. It must be as per design specifications.
Combat maintenance work when required as per design specifications.
Report on the respect authority as per instructions at any moment.
To work by ensure the project facilities and maintenance and all utility meter readings and accurate record keeping through documentation along with Microsoft office and email correspondence related to complete project. Strictly maintain the privacy of information concerning the construction project.
