Experience Requirements:

We are seeking a competent and proactive Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of a Utility Hub Building, including a 20 ft deep basement and a total construction area of 30,000 sqft. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in large-scale vertical construction and must be proficient in handling defense or army-affiliated infrastructure projects. Strong leadership in project planning, fund requisition, subcontractor management, and coordination with Army Engineering Units is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction work plans including the master schedule, weekly activity targets, resource and manpower planning.
• Lead weekly site progress meetings with clients, consultants, and Army/Defense engineering representatives.
• Maintain clear and continuous coordination with defense clients, including preparation of necessary documentation and progress updates.
• Prepare, verify, and process Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) based on actual work progress and BOQ measurement.
• Generate and submit weekly site fund requisitions with detailed supporting documents and forecasts.
• Manage subcontractors effectively — assign work, track execution, check and verify bills.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFI) to consultants/clients for technical clarifications and resolve design ambiguities efficiently.
