Job Context:
∎ The role of the Consortium Coordinator is to provide overall leadership management of the entire consortiums as well as administrative, financial, implementation, reporting and, technical oversight. The position holder will ensure risk-sensitive, pro-active, support provision to the project.
∎ Consortium Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the completion of activities and objectives as designed and agreed with the donor.
∎ Working closely with consortium partners, the Consortium Coordinator will represent the consortium to all relevant stakeholders, including the project steering committee responsible ensuring coordination and information-sharing mechanisms are in place with relevant government, community, cluster, INGO stakeholders and donors.
∎ Consortium Coordinator shall following and guide operational aspects of project - development of detail plan of action, timely implementation of the activities with budgetary follow-up, documentation and reporting (progress report, interim and final report).
∎ Consortium Coordinator facilitate a process for common understanding of project tools (LFA, project narrative and budget) to make sure that project activities is implemented timely and donors guideline is respected throughout the project cycle.
∎ Contract length: 12 months with possibility of extension

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of proven work experience of project management, preferably multi -sector project management;
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as Consortium Manager/ Coordinator;
∎ Experience on coordination with other international actors, Technical Working Groups and Clusters (i.e. UN agencies, INGOs, local authorities,);
∎ Working experience in collaboration with international and national multi-cultural team.

Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary from BDT 187,000 to 214,043 upon experience;

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants;
∎ End of Contract Benefits - up to 2 months' Gross salary.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).

∎ Leaves:
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year;
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year;
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
∎
∎ Training :
∎ Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge;
∎ Technical trainings at HQ Paris or regional level (averagely 1 per year);
∎ Intermission Workshop once a year;
∎ Participation to external trainings costs upon eligibility of the request.
