• Developing and implementing an effective legal compliance program.

• Proactively work for auditing processes, practices and documents.

• Take necessary steps to face any kind of audit.

• Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk.

• Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.

• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.

• Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.

• Make sure the organization has a clearly defined program for complying with the country’s laws.

• Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.

• Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.

• Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.

• Provide ideas to the management of the factory while there is any internal labor management policy is formulated.

• Updating policies and procedures.

• Any other task which is assign by management.
