Key Responsibilities
1. Manage full employment procedures following Bangladesh Labor Law and EPZ rules, covering recruitment, onboarding and employment contract management.
2. Monitor attendance, payroll and employee welfare compliance, keep all records complete and traceable for government audits.
3. Implement HR compliance policies, organize labor law and anti-discrimination training, and archive training documents properly.
4. Handle employee discipline, labor disputes and resignation procedures in full compliance with local regulations.
5. Coordinate with EPZ authority and labor departments, assist inspections and complete rectification work on time.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3–5 years working experience in EPZ factory HR & compliance, familiar with Bangladesh labor law and EPZ regulations.
2. Good command of written and spoken English, able to prepare official documents and communicate with external authorities.
3. Familiar with staff attendance, payroll, contract management and social welfare process.
4. Strong sense of compliance risk, careful in data sorting and record keeping.
5. Good communication skill, able to handle employee relations and follow inspection rectification independently.
