∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast Experience and knowledge in the field of compliance and administration in a manufacturing base
∎ Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety and social responsibility etc
∎ Handle insurance, workers compensation, disability claims, evaluate employees.
∎ Conduct vendor compliance audits in factories and follow up compliance issues .
∎ Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Generate and compile audit reports .
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
∎ Those who are engaged work with HIGG, ZDHC Gateway & H&M, S.Oliver, C&A Buyer is highly preferred.
∎ Note: Job Location: Nishchintapur, zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka-1341.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
