Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking for someone who is dynamic, well organized, and smart and who has experience in Compliance and facing all types of Audit such as BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, RSC, ISO, C-TPAT, SCAN etc.
∎ Applicant should have Compliance and Social Audit & Security Audit Proficiency Good knowledge and experience of renowned Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social, technical and environmental Audits.
∎ Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to rectify this Preparing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyers.
∎ Applicant should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD, ISO, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, RCS, OEKOTEX and other certification programs.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Ensure the compliance issues as per buyer COC.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere of canteen, toilet & washroom.
∎ Ensure the new employee orientation according to orientation checklist as per Induction & orientation policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG.
∎ The application should have experience in Compliance.
∎ A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
∎ The applicant should have Sound knowledge on BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
