Job Responsibilities:
∎ Golden Life Insurance Limited, a leading life insurance company operating its business throughout the country since 2000 having corporate culture and friendly working environment, invites applications from the qualified, committed, self-driven, aspirant individuals for the following positions to attain its ambitious growth plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Insurance Company/Financial Institution/reputed Public Limited company.
∎ Maximum age 40 years. Age Limit may be relaxed in case of highly suitable candidate(s).
∎ Knowledge and proficiency in Company Law, Insurance Act, SEC Laws / Regulations / Stock Exchange Rules/RJSC Rules and other related Rules and Regulations.
∎ Hands on experience in Share Management under CDS (Central Depository System).
∎ Knowledge and practical experience in handling IPO.
∎ Sound knowledge about statutory & regulatory requirements / compliance for efficient administration of an Insurance Company / Financial Institution.
∎ Adequate experience in conducting meetings of the Board of Directors.
∎ Excellent Communication skill, both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be Computer Literate.
