∎ Relevant work experience in corporate, civil & criminal law;
∎ Strong skills in structuring, drafting;
∎ Good understand legal issues, Company law, labor law & other relevant laws & regulation;
∎ Excellent Communication skill, both in Bangla and English;
∎ Should be Computer Literate;
