Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Insurance Company/Financial Institution/reputed Public Limited company;
∎ Maximum age 45 years. Age Limit may be relaxed in case of highly suitable candidate(s);
∎ Knowledge and proficiency in Company Law, Insurance Act, SEC Laws / Regulations / Stock Exchange Rules/RJSC Rules and other related Rules and Regulations;
∎ Hands on experience in Share Management under CDS (Central Depository System);
∎ Knowledge and practical experience in handling IPO;
∎ Sound knowledge about statutory & regulatory requirements / compliance for efficient administration of an Insurance Company / Financial Institution;
∎ Adequate experience in conducting AGM Board meeting & so on;
∎ Excellent Communication skill, both in Bangla and English;
∎ Should be Computer Literate
