Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver excellent service to all customers.
∎ Handle customers' queries and feedback.
∎ Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment.
∎ Provide reports on commissions that are paid out.
∎ Search for facts to create and follow-up on insurance quotes and endorsements.
∎ Visiting clients (when required)
∎ Maintaining a customer database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years relevant experience in Insurance Company.
∎ Good analytical skills.
∎ Knowledge and proficiency in Group insurance.
∎ Excellent Communication skill, both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be Computer Literate.
∎ Sales and negotiating skills.
∎ Confident & Positive attitude.
