∎ Masters degree in any discipline with FCS / ACS.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have thorough knowledge on regulatory compliances with regard to Company's Act, Financial Institution Act., Rules & Regulations of Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges and other Regulatory bodies;
∎ Organizing Board Meetings and Committee Meetings through coordination with directors and prepare agenda, notice, minutes, extracts & oversee the implementation status of the decision in accordance with the regulatory requirement;
∎ Organizing AGM & EGM of the Company and prepare agenda, notice, Annual Report through complying with all regulatory requirement;
∎ Maintain directorship including liaison with directors, appointment/ reappointment of directors, responding quires of directors and maintaining updated profile of directors;
∎ Prepare all periodical reports and external regulatory correspondences of Bangladesh Bank, BSEC, DSE, CSE & CDBL in accordance with all regulatory requirements and make proper liaison with them;
∎ To update all returns and documents to RJSC and obtain certificate or certified copies of required documents as and when necessary;
∎ To oversee the daily work of Secretarial & Share Department;
∎ To maintain all the statutory registers under own jurisdiction;
∎ Communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of people, including handling queries in a tactful and confidential manner;
∎ To carry out any job(s) directed and assigned by the management.

∎ Age 38 to 55 years
