Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, or a relevant discipline (preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community mobilization, training support, or livelihood-focused projects
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital tools and online business platforms.
Prior experience working with Rohingya refugees and host communities will be a strong advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to work in field-based and camp setting
Basic skills in maintaining training attendance records and session documentation
Awareness of gender-sensitive and inclusive training practices
Ability to adapt training support approaches for low-literacy participants
Basic knowledge of training evaluation tools (pre/post-tests, feedback forms)

The primary Objective of Training Officer to enhance skills of employee, identifying new strengths of trainees increase market share and try to development Organizations Competitive position.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Mobilization & Engagement
Identify, mobilize, and register eligible Rohingya refugee and host community participants for training activities.
Maintain regular communication with beneficiaries to ensure consistent participation and reduce dropouts.
Liaise with community leaders, CiC offices, majhis, and host community representatives to facilitate smooth implementation of training activities.
Promote inclusive participation of women, youth, and vulnerable groups in all training interventions.
Support social cohesion initiatives by encouraging collaboration and positive interaction between refugee and host communities.
Training Implementation & Support
Support trainers during vocational skills training, refresher sessions, and on-the-job coaching at production centers.
Assist in preparing training venues, tools, materials, and equipment prior to training sessions.
Maintain accurate attendance records and support pre- and post-training assessments as required.
Monitor participants’ engagement and learning progress and share feedback with trainers and supervisors.
Support follow-up coaching and mentoring of trained artisans to reinforce skills application.
Coordination & Field Operations
Coordinate closely with Training Officers, Market Development teams, MEAL, and Communication staff to ensure integrated implementation.
Facilitate communication between production centers, trainers, and project management.
Support organization of training-related events, workshops, and coordination meetings.
Assist in arranging logistics for training sessions, including transport, materials distribution, and scheduling.
Documentation, Reporting & Data Support
Support collection of training-related data including attendance sheets, session reports, and participant feedback.
Assist MEAL team in baseline, monitoring, and endline data collection related to training activities.
Contribute to preparation of regular field progress updates and activity reports.
Support documentation of challenges, lessons learned, and best practices from training implementation.
Safeguarding, Accountability & Compliance
Promote awareness of safeguarding, PSEA, and Complaints and Feedback Mechanisms (CFM) among training participants.
Ensure training environments are safe, respectful, and inclusive.
Report any safeguarding concerns, complaints, or incidents through established reporting channels.
Comply with organizational policies, donor requirements, and humanitarian principles in all activities.
