Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any subject /discipline from recognized university.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Female

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in development field in implementing development project(s) as Field Facilitator/Mobilizer/Supervisor or equivalent position(s), in the same City Corporation.

• Must be from the respective city corporation area and currently living in the City Corporation.

• Have good knowledge about the City Corporation and local administration.

• Have experience in similar position in the City Corporation.

Job Context: National Development Programme (NDP) is going to implement a series of ‘One Stop Enrollment Campaign Programme” to promote online enrollment of beneficiaries in a government programme with the support of an international donor and the Government of Bangladesh.

In order to implement this campaign in the selected city corporation, NDP is inviting application from potential candidates from the following city corporations. The positions are very short-term (7-10 days only) but has a possibility extend the contract to be longer term depending on the success of the campaign programme. The candidate should be from the respective city corporation area or currently living in the city corporation areas for a period of one year or more.

Responsibility of Community Mobilizer:

• Ensure miking in each corner of the city corporation campaign zone, especially in the low-income communities for inviting eligible beneficiaries to attend the enrolment camps.

• Conduct door to door visit, distribute leaflets and inform the community people about the programme objectives.

• Enlist the potential beneficiaries with phone number.

• Support the ACC to communicate with local vendors and ensure logistical arrangement for the campaign (mike, leaflet, etc.) and for the camp days (decorator, electric line, generator, banner, stationaries, foods & snacks, table, chairs, WASH facilities, etc.) 

• Support ACC to set up of service booths and decoration during the Camp Day, and ensure logistical arrangement.

• Maintain proper Queue (Line) of the beneficiaries and one by one completion each of the Step by each of the beneficiary during the Camp Days (Reception, Waiting, Health Check Up, Mobile Accounts, Enrollment, etc.).

• Perform any other activities assigned by the supervisors.

Honorarium/salary per-day: 1,000 - 1,500 BDT with transport and mobile allowance
