∎ SSC/HSC in any subject from any institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate satellite clinic
∎ Conduct household visit
∎ Identify pregnant mothers
∎ Ensure ANC and PNC services
∎ Visit all tents/shacks of the camp within a certain period
∎ Disseminate general health related information accordingly
∎ Ensure referral of complicated cases by proper communication and coordination with PO/AM
∎ Update records and reports in the registers
∎ Submit daily report
∎ Attend in monthly meeting at upazila office and share the field findings
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
