Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct base line and end line survey
∎ Activate Union Disaster Management Committee.
∎ Organize community and stakeholders meeting at union level.
∎ Select beneficiaries for Cash for Work (CFW), Unconditional Cash Grant (UCG) and IGA and Livelihoods diversification as per project guideline.
∎ Organize community consultation for Community Risk Assessment (CRA) and developing Risk Reduction Action Plan (RRAP) at Ward and UP level.
∎ Organize training of UDMC and WDMC committee.
∎ Organize training for Project Implementation Committee (PIC).
∎ Prepare ward and union mitigation plan on the basis of RRAP.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of CFW schemes.
∎ Organize and conduct IGA training for beneficiaries.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and work accordingly.
∎ Collaboration and linkage with other service providers at Union level and UP.
∎ Assist Project Coordinator in implementation of project activities as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A mature outlook and strong commitment to work with NGO
∎ Must be skilled in preparing report
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 30912 (Monthly)
∎ As per provision of the project
