Responsibilities & Context:

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and financial institutions for product development and execution.

  • Coordinate with banks to resolve field-level challenges and streamline loan disbursements.

  • Design and support the rollout of financial products tailored to the agri-value chain.

  • Collaborate with financial partners to ensure access to financing across business verticals.

  • Develop product pitches, process documents, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate product performance and identify scaling opportunities.

Communication Focus:

  • Create clear, compelling communication materials (brochures, one-pagers, FAQs, digital content) for new and existing financial products tailored to both partner and customer segments.

  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between internal departments, ensuring all teams are aligned on product messaging, campaign timelines, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Manage external communications with financial institutions, aligning on tone, brand, and clarity in all joint product communications and updates.

  • Draft communication strategies for product launches and public engagements, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (digital, offline, and partner channels).

  • Develop feedback loops and gather insights from customers and field staff to refine messaging and improve product clarity and adoption.
