Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with donors via phone calls.

• Send and respond to donor emails on a daily basis.

• Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with existing donors.

• Arrange and attend meetings with donors (both online and in-person).

• Prepare and share donor reports (soft and hard copies).

• Identify and approach potential new donors.

• Create and develop communication content (posts, newsletters, reports, etc.).

• Doing work related to tele sales, marketing, and customer care.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

• Mobile bill.

• Performance bonus.
