Key Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with donors via phone calls.
Send and respond to donor emails on a daily basis.
Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with existing donors.
Arrange and attend meetings with donors (both online and in-person).
Prepare and share donor reports (soft and hard copies).
Identify and approach potential new donors.
Create and develop communication content (posts, newsletters, reports, etc.).
Doing work related to tele sales, marketing, and customer care.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
