∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform procurement activities such as gathering indents and quotations, collating alternative sources, preparing comparative statements among various suppliers, negotiate and finalize price, issue purchase orders, as per Management's instruction and approval.
∎ Ensure whether the product's specification is okay or not through an e-mail from indent risers, get approval from management, prepare PI, and take initiative for LC opening.
∎ Maintain communication with various concerned parties.
∎ Process data posting records at Import Management 6.7 & ERP System.
∎ Submit and follow up regarding various bills such as C&F Bills, transport, insurance and other bills properly to concerned departments to clear payments.
∎ Gather Bill of Entry and Mushokh 6.3 from C&F Agents and distribute to concerned departments.
∎ Ensure to take rebate in time and submit every Bill of Entry regularly to the concerned bank to settle the overdue issue.
∎ Monthly visit to the concerned factory to reconcile indent with the factory team.
∎ Provide support in processing and checking bills of any unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Basic understanding about supply chain management
∎ Well conversant in commercial vocabularies, banking procedures, export-import related rules and regulations.
∎ Hands on knowledge in ERP Operation
