• Manage all export and import activities, including documentation, shipping, customs clearance of woven garments (Tops, Bottoms & Jacket) and one Accessories Unit (Button).

• Monitor shipment schedules, coordinate with shipping agents and forwarders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Handle import and export licensing, permits, and certifications.

• Prepare and manage all commercial documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, SAFTA and other required paperwork.

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documents to comply with export and import regulations.

• Oversee payment terms, collections, and credit management.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with export and import operations, such as trade disputes, currency fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions.

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company`s interests.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.

• Resolve commercial disputes and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, and other external stakeholders.

• Lead and manage the commercial team, setting clear goals and objectives.

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
