Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to maintain the activities of the Commercial Department properly and efficiently.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Able to handle all logistics works related to import/export.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/ Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding. Capable of dealing import/export related documents with the Bank/Foreign Buyer.
∎ Experienced in preparing shipping documents for export and fully conversant with custom & C&F procedure for clearance of the consignment in port.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents and UCPDC.
∎ Good knowledge of sight, deferent and Back to Back L/C and various clauses of B/L.
∎ Vast knowledge about all activities of Customs Bond, EPB, BTMA. BKMEA, BGMEA,BIDA(BOI), BANK, CUSTOMS HOUSE , VAT, Income tax etc.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F Agent etc.
∎ Must be handle total operation of Export, Import & Customs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English
∎ Deep understanding of business principles and practices
∎ Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
∎ Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
