∎ Contribute in achieving the set target of Retail Loans & Cards collection.
∎ Follow the collection strategy given by Line manager.
∎ Prepare month-to-month analysis of individual portfolio
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ For permanent candidates, minimum 2 years of experience required
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
∎ Good negotiation skills
∎ Ability to handle complex situation
