Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving the monthly collection target set by the department/division.
∎ Completing Customer Call & Visit and make necessary communication in line with business policy & requirements.
∎ Attending customers and meeting their queries regarding liabilities & payments.
∎ Informing the line manager and departmental head for any dispute with client.
∎ Updating client information in the respective MIS.
∎ Assisting in the legal steps as and when required by the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 months experience in similar exposure will get preference, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong quality to work in a team and lead them
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office, Intranet/ Internet, E-mail handling, etc.)
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Flexible about working hours & official visit, result driven and able to work independently to achieve assigned target.
